Shipping policy

 

Australian Shipping

We offer FREE tracked regular shipping on all Australian orders over $99 (all orders under $99 will be offered a subsidised flat shipping fee of $9.99).

 

All orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday-Friday will be packed and shipped off same day from Brisbane QLD. All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next business day. 

During busy periods or sales period please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.

Mini Pouches are dispatched via letter post and do not have tracked postage through Australia Post. 

We use Australia Post - the postage timeframe is 5-8 business days.

 

International Shipping

All international orders are offered a subsidised flat shipping fee of $15 AUD. We use Australia Post and the shipping time will vary depending on your destination.
