Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee assures you a refund if you're dissatisfied with your purchase, minus any incurred shipping costs. This guarantee specifically pertains to the initial acquisition of a product. In cases where a first-time purchase involves multiple units of the same product, the guarantee extends only to additional items returned unopened at your own expense. There's a limit of one guarantee per product per household. It doesn't apply to subsequent one-time purchases or subscription orders of the same product. Once a product is purchased on a monthly subscription, the guarantee ceases after the second month's supply is charged. Gift Cards and wholesale purchases are excluded from this guarantee.
To initiate a refund, contact us, and our support team will guide you through the process. Single eligible product refunds will be processed upon confirmation, while bulk eligible purchases require the return of all unopened items to the provided address, accompanied by your original order confirmation or a note with your name, email address, and purchase order number. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend tracking for delivery verification. Allow 48 hours for processing upon receipt of items. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.
Note that only unopened items from approved bulk orders are eligible for a refund. Ensure proper protection during transit. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, and returned items must reach us within 14 days of return approval. Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds. Marked sale items and wholesale purchases are not covered by the money-back guarantee.Â
This guarantee is not applicable to repeat orders or wholesale purchases. Claims for money back guarantees are valid only for the first purchase of any item. Compliance with these guidelines ensures your satisfaction and allows us to maintain the quality of our products for all customers. Please note that non-compliance with our policy renders your transaction non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Deeto, P.O. Box 935, Mooloolaba, Qld, 4557You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Â
